If your property manager runs Hostaway, this page shows you where to sign in, what to do if you do not have a login yet, and how to avoid the wrong URL.

Property owners sign in at dashboard.hostaway.com/login using the credentials their property manager creates. Owners are users of the management team account, so there is one login page for everyone.

No login yet?
Hostaway does not issue owner logins on its own. Ask your property manager to invite you and enable owner access. They create your credentials, assign the listings you own, and switch on the modules you should see. Once they do, you sign in at the same dashboard.hostaway.com/login address.
Watch out: ambassadors.hostaway.com is a different login
ambassadors.hostaway.com is not the owner login. Owners and managers sign in at dashboard.hostaway.com/login.
What you can see once inside
Your view depends on what your property manager enabled. Owner access can include:
- Owner Statements with income and expense detail and downloadable PDF or spreadsheet exports.
- Owner Stays, so you can block dates for your own use of the property.
- Performance figures for the listings you own, such as payout, occupancy, and average nightly rate.
