Building off the release of our ChatGPT-powered listing description optimizer, we’re excited to announce our latest ChatGPT-enabled feature - Guest Messaging.
Directly integrated with your Hostaway Inbox, you can now use ChatGPT to suggest replies based on conversation, reservation and listing data, improving both the speed and quality of your guest communication.
To generate a message suggestion, click the "AI" button in your Inbox text box, right next to the attachment button
We've added a new automated message condition, allowing users to set automated messages based on guests' reservation payment status.
This was a highly-requested feature, in particular for automating messages that would only be sent when a reservation is fully paid (e.g. messages containing the guest portal link or door codes).
