Angells is a turnkey solution exclusively designed for travel and event professionals. It is a complementary solution, connected via iCal to existing OTAs (Airbnb, Booking, etc.) and also integrated with the main PMS/Channel Managers including Hostaway. It enables seamless collaboration, delivers an optimal digital experience to clients through white-label tools, and provides access to a business ecosystem that grows every day. On Angells, it is possible to: Receive bookings on one’s own listings → Increase revenue and develop a global network of partners who can regularly send clients. Book one’s own listings for clients → Angells becomes one’s own website, booking engine, and back office, making it easy to manage all direct reservations. Book other users’ listings for one’s own clients (even while having one’s own listings) → The entire Angells catalog becomes one’s own catalog, allowing all client requests (accommodations, venues, and services) to be fulfilled, or clients to be relocated if needed. In all cases, it is possible to book one or multiple listings at the same time, earn unlimited commissions, and do so without having to collect the full payment of the reservation. Catalog & Search - Create listings for accommodations (nightly or monthly), venues (daily), and all types of services. - Set listings as public/private or visible/invisible. - Export all listings in white-label format under one’s own brand. - Smart search to quickly and accurately find any type of service. - Advanced filters to best match client requests. - Monthly rental listings appear in search results starting from 15-day stays to reach more requests. - A CRM connected to listings centralizes all searches with their criteria. Angells applies no direct fees on: - Service prices - Agent commissions Messaging - Free communication between users. - Sharing listings — one’s own and contacts’ — directly in conversations. - Sending priced proposals — directly within discussions. Billing & Payment - Create multi-service carts: accommodations, venues, services. - Download a single invoice, issued in one’s name and the client’s name. - Export a single payment link including commissions. - Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, direct debit. - Funds are collected by Angells via Stripe, then automatically redistributed to each participant in the booking. - The balance is accessible on Angells, with the option to transfer desired amounts to chosen recipients. Guarantees - Provision of liability insurance to protect each booking. - Option to request a security deposit via card authorization. - In case of card failure, the user representing the client acts as guarantor. - Provision of cancellation insurance for client peace of mind.
