Adapt generates daily rate recommendations, automatically captures demand from local events, and tracks performance against a comp set of nearby competitors. A performance dashboard covers revenue, ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and length of stay, and an in-app AI copilot answers questions about the market, submarket, and each listing.

The Hostaway integration syncs listings, reservations, and calendars into Adapt and pushes optimized nightly rates back to Hostaway automatically. No spreadsheets, no manual exports, no double entry.
