### Who is eligible for Hostaway Capital?


Hostaway Capital is currently only available for selective customers in the United States that have been with Hostaway for at least 6 months. Eligibility is determined by Parafin based on revenue performance, and updated regularily.

### What financial institution provides the funding for Hostaway Capital?


We partner with Parafin, our business financing provider, to offer funds to Hostaway customers. To power Flex Loans, Parafin partners with Celtic Bank, a financial institution. All loans are governed by the [Loan Agreement](https://assets.parafin.com/legal/flex_loan_agreement.pdf) and [Parafin's Privacy Policy](https://www.parafin.com/privacy-policy).

### How are pre-approved offers determined?
